Returns & Exchange

We highly recommend that before you make a purchase through our store that you carefully research the product that you are intending on purchasing. Any return/exchange must be in brand new condition and "unused". Orders Returned Within 15 Days 

Any/all items purchased from HeadVape.com and/or any of its affiliates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange: 

1.     Item(s) must be in Original, Brand New condition.

2.     Item(s) must be shipped back within 15 days from the original delivery date.

3.     Return must include a purchase ID number which can be acquired by calling us at 954-228-5722 or   by filling out our Head Vape LLC. return form.

4.     Buyer must agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.

5.     Buyer must agree to a 10% restocking fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals.

6.     Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional restocking fees of up to 50%. This includes but is not limited to any parts, accessories, and/or free bonus items.

HeadVape.com reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. You must have an authorized purchase number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without a purchase number. A Head Vape representative will email you back within 24 hours with a purchase number that must be written on all sides of the packaging the returned item is being shipped in. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return process (Shipping costs). We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase including but not limited to upgraded and international shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You should expect your refund or exchange to process within one week from the delivery date to us assuming the above conditions are met. That includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. Orders Returned After 15 days 

After 15 days there will be no returns or exchanges. 

 

Foreign Country Return Policy 

Our foreign return/exchange policy is based on a case by case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, custom fees and taxes we will do our best to accommodate such a request within our discretion but at the same time keeping you, the customer satisfied.
